Twcbet2 Terms & Conditions — Usage Guidelines Malaysia Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and twcbet2 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the twcbet2 platform, including the website, mobile application and all related services.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. • Players who use hedging or arbitrage techniques to fulfil bonus wagering requirements may have their bonuses voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Twcbet2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Sports Betting: All Sports Betting outcomes are final once the relevant match concludes in accordance with the rules of the governing sports body. In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, twcbet2 will follow the policy stated in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

Slots & Live Casino: All slots and Live Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Technical Failure: In the event of a technical failure during an active game, twcbet2 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the stake to the player. Any winnings resulting from a technical bug or system error are invalid and will not be paid out.

The following are strictly prohibited on the twcbet2 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering or operating more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using bots, automation software, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Lending, selling, transferring or sharing your account with another person
• Using another person's payment method or personal information without their consent
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system errors or inconsistencies within the games
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across platforms to guarantee risk-free profit
• Openly communicating with other players during a poker game to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering or illicit financing through the twcbet2 platform

You may close your twcbet2 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@twcbet2.ws. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all available balance from your account.

Twcbet2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
